1. Project Information

YOO Villas Pune is a premium residential development offering luxurious villas with world-class amenities in a prime Pune location. MahaRERA Numbers: V2 Villas: P52100034068, V3 Villas Phase I: P52100010632 / P52100052083. Designs, visuals, and content are indicative and may be updated as per regulatory approvals.

2. Booking Policy

• Booking confirmation is subject to successful payment realization.
• Unit allocation depends on availability and official confirmation from the developer.
• The Agreement to Sale must be executed within the stipulated period.

3. Payment Schedule

• Payments must follow the approved payment plan provided by the developer.
• Delayed payments will attract applicable interest charges.
• All payments must be made through authorized banking channels only.

4. Layout & Visual Representation

Marketing materials, including images and layouts, are indicative. Final deliverables will comply with MahaRERA-approved plans and specifications.

5. Possession & Delay

Possession timelines are as per the Agreement to Sale. Any delays will be communicated and managed according to MahaRERA guidelines.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation terms will follow the signed booking application. Administrative and statutory charges may apply as per policy.

7. Legal & Compliance

All transactions are governed by MahaRERA regulations. Buyers are advised to verify details on the official MahaRERA portal before proceeding.

8. Communication Consent

By providing your contact information, you authorize YOO Villas Pune and its representatives to contact you via call, email, SMS, or WhatsApp for project updates.

9. Jurisdiction

All legal matters shall fall under the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.
